CZ 805 BREN :: Czech's New Combat Carbine

I was wondering when CZ would release their modern carbine. It appears to be a 'modular' weapon system as most combat carbine designs are nowadays. It comes as no surprise that their native countrymen would be the first to adopt the new weapon, although in small numbers (505 at first), once the 805 BREN gains the trust of the Czech Troops it will become a very popular weapon system. They are expecting another 3,000 805 BREN's by November. It will replace the currently issued Sa vz. 58.

  1. Hell, that was a better action scene than any one in those cheap sy-fy channel movies. They ought to give them a job in the movies.

  2. That was very interesting. I can't remember the last time I ever saw a foreign para-rescue team. Is that something the Czechs have actually developed in-house, or was this video's theme inspired by the countless US para-rescue videos and documentaries?

  3. The majority of Western countries have a robust and technologically advanced military. A specialized fighting force is not unique to the U.S. (i.e. : DevGru, Delta, PJ's, etc.)
